About returns and exchanges
 

 

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at contact@jdcshop.jp within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping where the error or defect is our responsibility.

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, return shipping costs and any applicable transaction or handling fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following circumstances:

• More than 7 days have passed since delivery of the product.
• The product has been used, damaged, soiled, or lost after delivery.
• The product has been damaged due to reasons not attributable to Japan Design Collective.

 

商品違いまたは不良品が届いた場合は、商品到着後7日以内に contact@jdcshop.jp までご連絡ください。当店の責任による場合は、交換または返金にて対応し、返品にかかる送料は当店が負担いたします。

お客様都合による返品をご希望の場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。この場合、返送にかかる送料および返金に伴う手数料等はお客様のご負担となります。

なお、以下の場合は返品・交換をお受けできません。

・商品到着後8日以上経過した商品
・商品到着後に使用、破損、汚損または紛失された商品
・当店の責任によらない事由により破損した商品
